We want you to love your Gravity Gecko experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it (unless defective or damaged)

  • Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items not in original condition or with missing parts

  • Items with visible signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer

  • Promotional, clearance, or final sale items


Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or malfunctioning, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:
💳 Refunds are processed to the original method of payment
⏳ Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

If approved for a prepaid return label, instructions will be sent via email.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
For size/color changes or preference swaps, please request a return and place a new order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Gravity Gecko is not responsible for orders lost or stolen after carrier delivery confirmation.
Please file a claim with the shipping carrier if this occurs.


Canceling an Order

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processed or shipped.
