Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is generated.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours of purchase and we will do our best to update it before shipping.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Gravity Gecko is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist with a replacement claim.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing your order.
After this window, the order may already be in processing or transit and cannot be changed.


Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
